I'm a senior marketing and communications leader with over 25 years of experience across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the UK, and the founder of MC Squared.
I've led marketing functions for global and regional brands across professional services, real estate, technology, SaaS, financial services, luxury retail, hospitality, travel, healthcare and life sciences, building teams, launching products, and scaling brands across the region's most competitive markets.
My background spans both client-side and consultancy roles, giving me a rare combination of strategic credibility and commercial practicality. I've sat in the seat I'm now advising from. I know the constraints. I know what it takes to actually move the needle.
I founded MC Squared to bring that capability to companies that need it, without the cost or timeline of a full-time hire. Most growing businesses in Asia find themselves stuck in a familiar gap: their marketing is being run by someone too junior to drive strategy, or they're paying agency retainers without anyone senior enough internally to manage them properly. A full-time CMO is expensive and often premature. A fractional CMO closes that gap.
