Engagement Models

Three ways to bring MC² in.

Choose the shape that fits the moment your business is in.

How It Starts

Four steps to begin.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call. From there, I move fast.

01

Discovery call

A complimentary 30-minute call to explore your situation, goals, and where MC² could add value.

02

Scoping & proposal

A tailored proposal: engagement model, scope, timeline and investment. No surprises.

03

Onboarding

Fees and scope agreed, proposal signed. Deposit paid. Onboarding meetings commence. Stakeholder mapping, audit, quick wins identified. Embedded within 2–3 weeks of go-ahead.

04

Strategy + execution

Ongoing leadership against agreed objectives. Quarterly reviews. Specialists pulled in as needed.

Common Questions

Good to know.

Do you deliver strategy only, or hands-on execution too?

Both. I set the strategy and stay accountable for delivering it, moving from plan to execution via your team or my curated ecosystem of senior specialists if needed, so you get the thinking and the doing, not just a deck.

What if we already have an in-house team or agencies?

That's the norm. I lead and mentor your existing marketers, bring senior oversight to your agencies and suppliers, and fill the strategic gap, without adding another permanent headcount.

How much of your time do we get?

A retained engagement is typically two to three days a week, embedded in your team. Project work is scoped to the brief, and advisory is monthly sessions with as-needed access in between.

Do you work across both B2C and B2B?

Yes. My background spans consumer and enterprise, across professional services, real estate, technology, SaaS, financial services, luxury retail, hospitality, travel, healthcare and life sciences, so the approach is tailored to your market, not a template.

What happens when the engagement ends?

A clean handover. Depending on your needs, that can mean helping you hire and onboard a permanent marketing leader, transitioning to a lighter advisory role, or leaving you with the strategy, systems and team to run it yourself.

Next step

Not sure which engagement is right?

Tell us where you are. A 30-minute discovery call is the fastest way to figure out fit and scope, at no cost.
